• For questions or assistance, call 562-472-5797, but all appointments must be scheduled online.

Policies at a Glance
We aim to provide the best possible experience for all clients:
• Late Arrivals: If you anticipate being late, please notify me at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This ensures I can plan accordingly and provide the best experience possible for you and my next client.
• Arriving more than 10 minutes late without prior notice will result in a $20 late fee added to your service. I will do my best to complete your service within the remaining time, but delays may impact the final result.
• Please be considerate of the next scheduled appointment and respect our mutual time.
• Cancellations: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
• No-Shows: No-shows or late cancellations will incur a 100% service fee.

• Tues–Thu: 8AM – 10 AM & 6 PM – 9 PM
• Fri–Sat: 8AM – 10 AM
Late-Night Hours (By Appointment Only)
• Tues-Thu: 6AM - 8AM
• Fri-Sat: 6AM - 8AM
